Clain is building sophisticated analysis software that provides regulatory compliance for crypto related businesses and empowers forensic investigators with ingenious tools to detect and explore crypto-enabled crimes.

As a Senior Global Recruiter:
  • You will execute a full-cycle hire of a diverse set of positions across IT engineering, data analytics, product management teams and business administration
  • You will be building candidate pipelines using new hiring platforms, communities and various sourcing tools in addition to network referrals, social media prospecting, events, and your existing relationships wherever possible
  • You will follow strategic plan to communicate effectively at every stage of the recruitment processes and close candidates with as little friction as possible
    • You will be self-managing and use ATS to assess your hiring performance

    Requirements:

    • You have at least 3 year experience of full-cycle recruitment in a variety of IT roles and know what questions to ask to ensure you understand the scope of a new position
    • You know how to manage a recruitment process, source candidates, and close offers
    • You have both passion and capability to perform the job well, where passion comes first
    • You’re always open to feedback and continuous improvement
    • You’re both a self-driver and a responsible, disciplined team player
    • Fluent English is a must for effective communication
